CANCELLATION POLICY: All scheduled bookings require a 12-hour cancellation notice. Any cancellations made less than 12 hours will result a forfeit of your class/session fees. Please email the studio at hello@lunasolpilates.com, text Sarah at (760) 505-0418, or contact your instructor if you need to cancel or reschedule less than 12 hours before your session.

LATE POLICY: 10 minutes late or more, without communication, will be considered a late cancellation. Please reach out to Sarah (760) 505-0418, Carrie (530) 902-0076 or your instructor if you will be later than 10 minutes. While we understand that things happen and situations may occur in life, out of respect for the instructor and to the other clients (in the case of a class or duet), it’s important you arrive as close to your appointment time as possible.

SHOES: Please remove your shoes at the front. You may leave your shoes and other belongings in the cubbies or under the bench. This helps to keep our studio as clean as possible. The only exception is clients who need to wear shoes to do Pilates - a small number of folks with extenuating circumstances.

WHAT TO WEAR: We encourage you to wear comfortable clothing that you can easily move in, ideally nothing with zippers or other metals that could damage the equipment. You may wear socks or go barefoot on the equipment. We do not require grip socks.

SCENTS: Clients and Instructors are encouraged to not wear any strong perfumes or scents at the studio. This is out of respect for those who are particularly sensitive or allergic to scents.

MASKING: We support, understand and encourage anyone who wishes to wear a mask while inside our studio to do so.

BEVERAGES: Clients may set water bottles near the equipment, but all other beverages should be stored securely at the front, on the desk or near their shoes.
