PILATES INSTRUCTOR

 

Staci came to Pilates 10 years ago from a background of sports and working out at the gym. Her activities such as running, cycling, and strength classes needed to be balanced with targeted strengthening and dynamic flexibility exercises. The goal was to stay strong, healthy, and avoid injury.

As a Pilates instructor, Staci enjoys helping clients strengthen their bodies, and learn more about themselves through movement.

In her free time, Staci enjoys travel, yoga, golf, reading, and spending time with family and friends.
