As a retired runner, Tasha is passionate about healthy movement patterns. Her main goal as a teacher is to empower and educate her students to strengthen their bodies and joints, eliminate  pain, and overcome mental obstacles and physical limitations in safe, fun and effective ways. This love for finding healing through movement is what inspired her to complete a Balanced Body Comprehensive Teacher Certification.
